GDPR is only as good as local interpretation. Polish government runs Google Analytics / Tag Manager on devices visiting gov.pl websites. Local GDPR body dismissed the case[1]. From my experience, GDPR in Poland is an absolute joke. Microsoft refused to allow me to access and delete my personal data which they have purchased.
