I don't know how the details of demographics of Spanish speakers in the Philippines, but a few years ago, I was told by a hiring manager here in these United States, that it's easy enough to find applicants who are bilingual and proficient in English and Spanish, and it's easy enough to also find applicants who speak English and have office-related skills and experience, but it's a definite challenge to find bilingual office workers.
