- voisin 3y agoSo to avoid maintenance every 40 or 50 years everyone should bake in the heat annually? The roof over your head now will likely need to be replaced on a more frequent basis than trees will cause maintenance issues.
- HPsquared 3y agoRandom failures, not planned maintenance. There are other ways to stay cool. How about a metal canopy?
