Yes, but 99.9 percent of its users do not know these filters/features exist. Still don't. Google didn't prioritize it's visibility [intentioally] over the past 2 decades as well. Maybe it's time to do so. I can't imagine how tedious the process may be to make very small changes on the main google home page.
