> Organize hackdays! We do these at work, and they're a source of a lot of the ideas for and prototypes of major features that get into our product. When a feature comes out of one of these, it's already vetted and prototyped. As someone who wins most of the hackdays, I agree that the original hackday code needs to be rewritten. I have seen too many spaghetti Frankensteins to allow quickly written code into a codebase.
