I've had AT&T Fiber in 2 different states and it's been an awesome product. I think they did a really good job with it and it's still improving. We're in the same boat - we won't buy a house if AT&T Fiber (or at least Sonic Fiber) isn't available at the address. Showing that only Xfinity is available is a legit dealbreaker for us. Xfinity has frequent outages here in Sacramento.
