"1. Experts disagree about the optimum level of CO2 for plant growth. You can find arguments for 800ppm, 1,000ppm, 1,200ppm and 1,500ppm. We recommend starting at 1,000ppm, then adjusting your CO2 levels over time with experience. CO2 levels below 400ppm and above 1,500ppm will reduce plant growth."
So this is a commercial soybean strain rather than a wild type, but I cant find any more info about the particular strain. Whose strain is this? Is it DuPonts C3 that has less omega3's in so that they can be stored for longer without the omega3 content going rancid, or Monsanto's or somebody else's commercial strain?
I cant see any strain mentioned so I cant form an opinion of my own.

"DuPont knew as early as 2006 that its GAT soybeans didn’t grow as well as Monsanto’s Roundup Ready beans and didn’t make the information public until 2009,"
- rolph 3y agoconstant exposure to 400ppm CO2 is not, deliberated supplementation. 400ppm 24 hrs a day, is deleterious to plant species. couple this with daytime air temperatures exceeding 30 C, and this is walking on thin ice concerning crop failure.
- darkclouds 3y agoThe planets average CO2 level is 421ppm, so unless the plant is grown in an airtight container where the CO2 is controlled at 400ppm, then it would be deliberated supplementation. I didnt see 30DegC mentioned as the temperature in the study.
- rolph 3y agoit is apparent we are having different conversations, you seem to be fixated on this single study, rather than the facts around you. you should auto-edify regarding phytophysiology, there are important insights you are missing. >>The planets average CO2 level is 421ppm, so unless the plant is grown in an airtight container where the CO2 is controlled at 400ppm, then it would be deliberated supplementation<< this looks like you have difficulty with logic, perhaps there are too many parameters associated with the prompt, or the weights are too heavy, a skewed learning model is suspected as well.
