Do less of things you'll regret
- nullindividual 3y agoThis makes no sense. For one, you don't know what you regret until it happens. Regret is unavoidable, unlike the author's assertion that it is a choice. Two, we grow as we make mistakes (or successes). Avoiding a human emotion is just a bizarre take. May as well have a tech blogger say "don't feel bad, feeling bad makes you feel bad". Not very useful, even less insightful, and frankly just bad advice.

- nullindividual 3y agoAnd the author's life must be very limiting and contained. This doesn't sound good at all.

- jpmoral 3y agoHow so? When I used to drink I often regretted it the next day (or days). So I stopped.
