There was an interesting piece of research done on Canadian restaurant menus. You can see warming happening as the species on the plate change.

- brettermeier 3y agoAnd it's not on Anna's Archive, unfortunately. It seems to be too new. And btw., you should never (NEVER!) give money to Springer. They are truly evil.
