It's a nice idea, but I suspect I'll use it once and completely forget it exists. Herein lies the problem with systems and products for ADHD, it relies on someone like me, with ADHD to actually remember to use it in the first place. That being said, I will play around with this and see what I think, but I'm coming from a place of scepticism with regards to apps and processes, because in my experience, I've tried probably hundreds of things, and they all went out of the window after a few days. I'm speaking from my own experience though, so maybe some folks with ADHD will get more out of this kind of thing
