Good advice, I thought I would do exactly that, and ended up at a startup. Looks like they are not trying to achieve super-scale, and that's good. Perhaps we're mired in the old ways of thinking, where we over-optimise for everything, even though we don't need it (nor indeed, we ever will). Perhaps I'm an attitude-adjustment away from it. Time will tell!
