I'm assuming "Art collections" means something other than the common meaning, or else that's an oddly specific clause.
- jxf 3y agoIt means "art" in the broad sense of "prior art" (e.g. a creative endeavor), not art in the sense of MoMA or the Louvre. Though both kinds of art are beautiful in their way.
