Something along the lines of "the people harmed by this government agency are being surprisingly civil"? Nobody seems to be doing FDA offices like some people

Something along the lines of "the people harmed by this government agency are being surprisingly civil"? Nobody seems to be doing FDA offices like some people did police stations a couple summers ago. Which makes sense for any number of reasons, but I could see people thinking it doesn't.
