(I'm the lawyer from the original post) I like that saying, too. But not sure it applies here -- there are huge numbers of lawyers who like talking about 'power structures.' It may have been invented by us. We lawyers invented, for example, critical race theory. You could be right, though, maybe I am biased. I'd be interested to learn how.
