I built out a ML as a service business where users can build and deploy models in less than 10 minutes. Through my promotions I get lots of traffic but not enough traction to grow my user base. My base offering is completely free but that doesn't seem to be enough to excite people into joining. I want to help make machine learning accessible to as many people as possible. I attached a marketing use case page here. I think Marketing, Real Estate etc. would really benefit from my service but haven't been able to validate this. Any ideas on how I can better communicate my offering? Ay specific advice from growing products yourself?
Thank You!

- injb 3y agoI don't have any advice to offer, but I'll give you my passing impression: it strikes me as the epitome of "ML as a solution looking for a problem". The reason people aren't getting excited is because most people are excited by outcomes, not by tools and technologies. I doubt that many people in marketing or real estate can visualize what ML could possibly do for them. That's where you need to focus imo - the killer application that no one (in some specific domain) can do without.
- joelreji 3y agoThank you very much for this advice - does the use cases page help? I am going to start building these out for the top 5 domains I think it will ahve the greatest impact on. https://www.heimdallapp.org/use-case/marketing https://www.heimdallapp.org/use-case/marketing
