Maybe it's some of A and some of B? The other thing to consider is that Trump gave way more speeches than Biden has at this point in their respective presidencies. I think to do a proper statistical analysis we would need to normalize for the fact that Biden largely hides from the press and when he does talk to them he mostly calls on friendly reporters to answer preselected questions that he already has a prepared answer for.
