Yes I'm aware but company A is not allowed to show personalized ads but collects data and sells it company B. Company B can show you personalized ads while company A stays within the letter of the law. Everybody profits but the end users privacy.
- jqpabc123 3y agoThe proposed consent is for *data collection*. The GDPR requires this of all companies operating in the EU before collecting and using personal data.
