- paganel 3y agoI was thinking of the first part of the phrase, where I had already narrowed it down. But my point stands, we have had no news this summer of “no heat-wave in Paris!”. Again, we’ve had news of heat-waves in Paris in 3 of the previous 4 summers.
- Timon3 3y agoDo you really expect an article stating "this thing that should be rare isn't happening in city XYZ!"? You'd have to put out such an article for every big city, there'd be nothing but.
