What kind of a question is this?
"I am starting a company, and my lawyer asks how many shares would you like to start with. He quoted at $100 a share and well, I went searching on Google. Startup lawyer says we should put it in at 10 million or more shares.
Whats your thoughts?"
- spoiledtechie 15y agoThe kind you can answer if you have any experience with the situation.
- mgallivan 15y agoYou want $100 a share at 10 million shares? I don't understand.
- rdl 15y agoIt's usually 10000000 shares at $0.00001/share par value, so the TOTAL capitalization is $100, not $100 per share.
