This article seems mealy-mouthed. I struggle to believe the author's claims of fear when they also take shots at transgender people within the same paragraph. If what they claim about the loudest voices on social media is true (which it is; they are quick to anger and punitive), I am not sure why you would intentionally bait them like that.
