Use the API or playground, delete the erroneous assistant message and refine the instructions/last user message. E.g. append: "Remember: Do not do this stupid thing you are likely to do" (and I saw you doing before. But you now have no memory of that...) This also gives a way cleaner output in case you do this automatically through guardrails and don't even want to expose the wrong message to the user.
