Hah, I remember seeing that at the Guggenheim. You could actually use it, if you were willing to wait in line. If I remember correctly I was following a nice tour at the time focused, appropriately enough, on sculpture, so our little group just peeked in on the toilet when it was between active users. The piece was by Maurizio Cattelan and called “America”. Cattelan is just absolutely hilarious; he also did stuff like putting a face-down Pinnochio into the fountain at the bottom of the Guggenheim lobby, making it look like he had jumped from one of the balconies—the visual was incredible :P
