I'm 20 years deep in at least every-other-day usage (since I was 16), with breaks whenever I have to travel for work. Honestly the idea of quitting is a bit scary. The only saving grace is that I've very rarely been a day-smoker (now vaper), it's almost always been a post-8pm thing.
