When you control for different career choices, women make the same. However:

Not to mention work place injuries and disability from a lifetime of difficult physical labor.
Also note:
"Women make up more than half of the U.S. population, and control or influence 85% of consumer spending"
They control most of the money despite not actually earning it.

- klyrs 3y agoLooking specifically at the data presented in the article, the headline is damned suspect. But looking at what you've cherrypicked for me, I find it interesting that you conflate "control or influence" with "control."
