Bipartisan Digital Consumer Protection Commission Act (Warren, Graham)
- atlasunshrugged 3y agoQuite interesting and expansive but reading it I was definitely left wondering why the FTC's work doesn't already overlap with a significant amount of the things this bill is trying to do. If not, wouldn't it be easier just to grant them additional authorities rather than spin up a new commission?
