- damnesian 3y agoIt's easy enough to manage your own container microwaving, but it's mindboggling to think of the quantity of microwavable frozen foods in the average supermarket- the vast majority in plastic containers meant to contain the food during cooking. When my wife and I got together, for the first few years we had a certain brand of microwavable meal for dinner at least four times a week. I cringe to think of the quantity of microplastics we've both been exposed to.
