- junofan 3y agoIf some company claims to have discovered a way to make widget X and I make widget X at home and trade on that information, that’s completely legal.
- alchemist1e9 3y agofwiw there are very coherent economic arguments as to why insider trading should not be illegal and might be more “fair” with it permitted.
