I'm a physician and a tech nerd. My dream job is teaching physicians how to use their computers (with emphasis on EHR). The level of tech incompetence among physicians is astounding. Reciprocally, the level of understanding of "things that would actually be helpful" of most IT crews I interact with is abysmal. So much room for disappointment on both sides, I sure I hope I can help bridge this someday.
