Perhaps the whole notion of getting our (e.g. user review) information from the same source that sells the product, is flawed.
- tweetle_beetle 3y agoI remember feeling very naive learning from a friend who used to work in a large chain bookshop that the reviews (handwritten on small cards signed with staff names) scattered around shelves were only for books which were shortlisted by management.
