- sneak 3y agoBefore that, he was held in an embassy and illegally surveilled while dodging assassination attempts. When you're in prison indefinitely without trial, I don't think the location, type, form, or administrative classification really matters that much when you can't be with your family. He's fighting extradition, sure, but it's extradition to a place where Manning was approximately tortured to death (she attempted suicide multiple times), so it's not really relevant.
