I don't think the issue is whether jobs are going to go away...it's more the magnitude that people are trying to understand.
Are customer service rep and data science jobs going to go away/get severely minimized, or is it the entirety of the white collar workforce? On what timescale? 5 years or 25 years?
These to me are the big questions...
