It's time to go do crime against houses with Ring security systems.
- aardshark 3y agoI doubt they actually do much anyway.
- sakopov 3y agoAre you implying Ring won't dispatch police when you have a break-in?
- 8organicbits 3y agoLooks like an add on to me. https://ring.com/professional-monitoring https://ring.com/professional-monitoring
- bdcravens 3y agoYes, but anyone with the alarm system and not just the doorbell usually gets it. It's only $10/mo, far less than the $40-60 you pay for ADT etc.
- bastard_op 3y agoIt's still light out in the US. /me plays Beastie Boys - Rhymin & Stealin
- abawany 3y agoOr just take a walk in a Ringed-up neighborhood with the knowledge that your pictures are not being sent to the local police department in the name of 'pre-crime'.
- somat 3y agoI never thought about it before but these things are all wifi based right. What happens when you show up with your 2.4GHz jammer in the kilowatt range that you uhhh, liberated from a common cooking appliance. I mean besides making all the hams in the neighborhood mad at you.
- mleo 3y agoRing sensors use zwave; so 900MHz range. The hub works either hard wired and probably over WiFi or with cellular backup.
