- johnnyanmac 3y agoI sure wish work life worked like that. Instead they say "why are we paying you? Nothing is broken", and coincidentally stuff breaks weeks after being let go. I understand it for non-technical companies (even if by now, decades later, they should treat IT like they treat insurance... sigh), but it's baffling for a tech focused company to treat engineers like that.
