I don’t think that’s true. It is true for ad blockers-ads, but you can make a completely indifferent execution environment with no access to the outside. Of course you can also just try to learn the movement of cursor/touch screen, but I don’t think that would be accurate enough. People are much more likely to just self-fingerprint themselves.
