- rootusrootus 3y agoYep, exactly. I've known some really great devs who lived in the midwest, and didn't want to move to the coasts. They're totally okay with half the comp someone would look for in one of the big cities.
- macintosh-hd 3y agoI figured me not caring between remote and in office would increase my chances, but it really doesn't feel like it has. I think the market is really bad right now.
