Iridis Alpha Theory: The Making of a C64 Classic
- cmrdporcupine 3y agoI'm always blown away by how good the frame rates are in classic Jeff Minter games, vs what other people were doing on the same hardware. I don't recall playing any of these games back in the day, but looking at videos now, they're fantastic. These days I follow him on YouTube and Mastodon mainly for videos and photos of his pet sheep and llama.
- acegopher 3y agoDo you have links to his Mastodon and YouTube? Would love to follow him as well.

- blackwater 3y agoAsking Jeff was not an option?
- smeagull 3y agoI never understood anything that was happening in that game.
- prenoob 3y agoneither did i but the speed was mesmerizing
- JonBonnick 3y agoThanks for writing this. Loved this game, purchased from Jeff at a computer show or other in London. #FFFF is 65,535 BTW, not 65,532. Great to finally learn how fast-loader etc worked.
