I would gladly use a chat bot if they were even remotely useful. But the thing everyone seems to do which is to present you a bunch of buttons anyway is no diff

I would gladly use a chat bot if they were even remotely useful. But the thing everyone seems to do which is to present you a bunch of buttons anyway is no different from a web based menu and the only thing I use them for is to get connected to a human who can actually do something. I would LOVE if I could go to a website, click chat, and actually chat, and have my issue resolved, by a bot.
