I think this is the issue with these chatbots. Instead of trying to improve how people already interact with the internet/mobile, they are trying to completely change it. Maybe not even for the better. This will be hard when the new way isn't an order of magnitude better.... It's a bold strategy, and we'll see how it plays out...
