what did you study specifically? Like what resource did you use? Design Thinking is not about the actual design. Is a method or process to understand user needs, generate solutions and then review those solutions with the actual users. Why I ask this and add the explanation is thar design thinking is not a project management metodology so it is not concerned with estimation, profitability, revenue, expenses, costs as a main focus. It can add those as constraints on the convergent phase but it is not about managing those. Or at least this is what I know about it from my experience.
