what operating systems are you running on utm? I've tried it, and for some it's great, for others, usually one of the bsd's, there's always some small problem. And the gui feels kind of incomplete. Weirdly, virtualbox on linux was usually my go to for trying out other operating systems. It also felt like the most straightforward to use.
