You could say all this about Kodak in the early 2000s - they were incredibly successful, demand was still mostly for film cameras, people didn't have PC for transferring photos etc... I'm not saying it makes business sense for Toyota to drop ICE sales immediately. But their feeble, half assed EV effort is going to turn them into another Blackberry if it doesn't change quickly.
