The thing is, even if the risk of myocarditis specifically is higher in young men with the vacccine vs. with infection, the vaccine protects against much more than just myocarditis. So even if the myocarditis risk goes up (relatively slightly it seems), if the other risks are all greatly lowered, as an overall package it still is attractive to be vaccinated. Looking just at myocarditis feels like being unable to see the forest for the trees.
