Recycling puts a huge amount of microplastics into the water supply. It would be better if they were just going into a landfill. When it comes to plastic specifically, recycling is a failure.
- wahnfrieden 3y agoPlastic recycling was campaigned hardest for by big oil. It’s greenwashing and it focused people’s attention on nitpicking their neighbors rather than the actual big pollution sources.
