I feel like the overall system should be clearer. For instance it's not clear how the developers get credits or whether developer accounts are somehow authenticated as representing a genuine entity. In the opening statement of the site the idea of merely trusting the user without copy protection is completely ignored, but without more details it's not clear if the proposed system is any better.
