So who is using it, and where? I saw AI mentioned. Is this for the datacenter or more for the graphics/AI workstation?
- dotnet00 3y agoHBM is on both NVIDIA and AMD's datacenter cards, and on the consumer side, AMD's Vega GPUs.
- synergy20 3y agoit's used quite common in Nvidia, Intel and AMD designs, in fact all of them uses HBM, high speed, high cost, high power.
