- RetroTechie 3y agoAccording to Solar Foods website, it contains all 9 essential amino acids required by the human body. Doesn't say in what ratios (see: protein quality), but this applies to practically every other protein source too. Combine & vary in order to get all your body needs. Besides that a good amount of dietary fiber, some minerals & B vitamins. And non-GMO. Not that I'd personally consider this "food", but as a protein supplement: why not, looks pretty good. Where can I buy? Oh... can't. Regulatory hurdles. :-( Whatever one may think: scores pretty high on the innovation-o-meter.
