This is almost certainly a mistake at best or completely bogus at worst. Reminds me a bit of that situation with someone who claimed they had evidence of successful human cloning - when it turned out all their results were lies. If it is true, it would be a revolution for nearly every field. So I certainly hope I'm wrong!
