Exactly. I don't know why people seem to sleep on hybrid. Some days going into the office works better, other days WFH is better. If we just finished scoping out a project and I have dozens of programming hours, I'm def going to lock myself in my office with headphones and type away. If things are slow and I need some motivation, I think going to the office would help.
