Hybrid (some remote, some in-person): 42.18% Remote: 41.41% In-person: 16.41% I personally hope that remote work won't die out due to it being a good work environment for me personally (office building value be damned), but that split seems reasonable. Hopefully with the hybrid setups being accommodating enough to allow for someone to be fully remote, or fully in-person, depending on life circumstances and preferences.
