For smaller companies, it is a no brainer. Why spend so much renting multiple geographical offices when you can have just 1 HQ and workers available in all timezones.
Save on rent, spend on eng and product. Profit?

- nine_zeros 3y agoSome companies have come up with Pay zone bands where the metropolitan area decides the pay band. Sounds like a fair deal.
